Mint 13 Nadia.

2. setserial -G /dev/ttyS[01] /
А то в этом - сложновато: text0.412048] Serial: 8250/16550 driver, 32 ports, IRQ sharing enabled [ 0.432387] serial8250: ttyS0 at I/O 0x3f8 (irq = 4) is a 16550A [ 0.453632] 00:06: ttyS0 at I/O 0x3f8 (irq = 4) is a 16550AИ гляньте: $ cat /proc/interrupts - там по прерываниям увидите, что сидит на серийном порте, т.е.
$ dmesg | grep ttyS
[ 0.410125] serial8250: ttyS0 at I/O 0x3f8 (irq = 4) is a 16550A
[ 0.431389] 00:06: ttyS0 at I/O 0x3f8 (irq = 4) is a 16550AИ гляньте: $ cat /proc/interrupts

sudo apt-get install setserial

Synaptic.
Установил setserial с пакета deb.
Invalid flag: /dev/ttyS1
Invalid flag: /dev/ttyS1
