Следующая ситуация с Ubuntu 10.10 Server.
Установлен postgres(на нем висит 1с). С какого то момента стала происходить следующая вещь:
Устанавливаем любой пакет или обновление

при попытке установить libpq5 из deb с помощью dpkg ругается
