Не отображается драйвер nvidia:



Эффекты работают, драйвер установил в один клик, suse 11.2 kde
xorg.conf:

Подскажите, где надо поправить ?

MV, по умолчанию в 11.2 нет xorg.conf только принудительно

Картинка: меню-компьютер-сведения о системе.
После установки драйвера, сделал настройку системы X11, наверно xorg.conf и появился.
офф. что то форум у меня подвисает.

MV, nvidia-settings запускали? И nvidia-xconfig (через него настраивали)?

Настраивал только через меню-приложения-система-настройки-настройка системы X11 (SaX2).
Утилиту nvidia не запускал, на убунте у меня после неё иксы слетали, страшно smile

Может в этом и дело - я nvidia-xconfig запускал, ничего страшного :) Только он мне "FlatPanelProperties" (для широких экранов) не добавлял.
На всякий случай, можно xorg.conf забекапить.

P.S. Я не знаю, откуда берется инфа для самой первой картинки, но там у меня nvidia написано.

Nvidia-xconfig запустил, изменений ноль.
Ну да ладно, всё вроде работает и то хорошо smile

Это не играет никакой роли.

man xorg.conf говорит:
The Identifier and Driver entries are required in all Device sections. All other entries are optional.

А откуда берутся сведения для картинки из первого сообщения - не знаю :)

P.S. Ставил по официальной инструкции с сайта NVidia, где для SUSE сделан репозиторий.
