Попробуйте прописать скрипт "bumblebee-disablecard" в after.local, или поправьте шапки скриптов:

Если правильно понимаю, не создается файл /var/lock/bumblebee, может прав не хватает у пользователя(скрипта)?

Вот еще что заметил.
Bamblebee, секция /usr/local/bin/bumblebee-disablecard.
У них в скрипте используется rmmod nvidia, у меня прописано modprobe -r nvidia. Почитал man, вроде назначение команд одинаковое, но закралась мысль а Эквивалентное ли?
