наверное это inode.
Изменить это уже нельзя. Можно было при "форматировании". Например
[console]mkfs.ext4 -N 1000[/console]
-N number-of-inodes
Overrides the default calculation of the number of inodes that should be reserved for the filesys‐
tem (which is based on the number of blocks and the bytes-per-inode ratio). This allows the user
to specify the number of desired inodes directly.
У вас получится раздел как вам надо. Вот только, на него нельзя будет записать больше 1000 файлов. Такой раздел полезен например для хранения фильмов в HD.
