Драйвер Syncmaster 943

Поставил я Сентос 62 а драйвера нет поэтому макс разрешение 1024 х768 а надо 1360 иначе всё сплюснуто получается и крупновато. Может кто видел этот драйвер на rpm?

Тогда как мне в системе для монитора установить разрешение 1360х768 если в окошке выбора макс разрешение 1024?
Сентос ставит по умолчанию какой-то усредненный драйвер и монитор не опознается пишет "Неизвестный"

а вот на видюху установить/настроить дрова будет не лишним...

Ну я бы создал конфиг иксов и добавил туда строчку Modes с нужным разрешением.
1. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_create_xorg.conf
2. Погугли и посмотри примеры в интернете, тысячи их.

Дрова на видюху наверняка у тебя нормально установлены не трогай их.

Я смотрю что не только у меня была проблема с этой видеокартой.Но вроде уже шесть лет прошло. Это баг или нет?

The only graphics driver ELRepo provides at this moment is the Nvidia driver. Based on the info you have given, I see that the kernel includes the intelfb module for your hardware:

Try running system-config-display and see if you can set a higher resolution. You might need to choose a monitor that is capable of higher resolutions (for example 1024x768).

If this driver does not work, you would need to install a driver supplied by Intel.

А опцию nomodeset в строку параметров ядра ты сам добавлял? Попробуй убрать её.

Я ничего не добавлял. Только сегодня систему установил. Я даже не знаю где nomodeset находится. Если подскажите где то я попробую убрать

Пробовал убрать. После перезагрузки черный экран и лишь курсор в верхнем левом углу мигает . Назад поставил.

это лучше делать из консоли и с отключёнными иксами.

с виду все дрова не месте, но почему-то не работают...
что в полноценном логе(/var/log/Xorg.0.log) ?
и что ядро пишет dmesg |grep -C2 'video\|vga\|i915\|intel'?
