Сам апачем не пользуюсь (у меня nginx), шпаргалка осталась, не знаю подойдет ли тебе.

С этой проблемой напрямую не связано, но, если в дальнейшем планируется использовать php:5.4, нужно включить PHP_TARGETS="php5-3 php5-4", чтобы собирались соответствующие модули.

Стало после того как пересобрал апач

Пересобрать эти 3 пакета?

Я бы глобальный (в make.conf) threads убрал.
