PPPoE через один reboot

Покажите всё же версию sys-apps/smartmontools.
Остановите сервис smartd
[console]
/etc/init.d/smartd stop
[/console]
а затем запустите так
[console]
/etc/init.d/smartd -d start
[/console]
Вывод покажите.
Также хотелось бы увидеть /etc/rc.conf.
Команда etc-update не предлагает обновить конфигурационные файлы?

Когда предлагает - сразу выполняю.
Синхронизируйте дерево portage и обновите «мир» — часть проблем должна решиться.

В sys-apps/smartmontools поменялись скрипты инициализации, предупреждения должны исчезнуть.
Остальное ждите, или «откатите» openrc wink
Будем ждать, пусть ругается, на работоспособности не сказывается.

Как-то все не правильно.
Вот что хотел, гентушная настройка conf.d/net смотрит в /etc/ppp или игнорирует то что там?
Ну вот почему надо обязательно net юзать, генту-вейно если...
Например в deb реализация - postup - pon provider... И что интересно работает без нареканий... Надо там подсмотреть, что за конфиг создает pppoeconf.

Чего сделал - поставил debian и настроил с помощью pppoeconf, заменил гентушный /etc/ppp на дебиан.
