Ситуация следующая имеется веб сервер uname -a Показать

При создании сайта (использую панель управления Ispconfig развернута на другом физическом сервере) веб сервер httpd не стартует после перезагрузки, выдавая сообщение Показать

Решил переустановить модуль mod_fcgid так как написано тут http://ru.ispdoc.com/index.php/%D0%A3%D1%81%D1%82%D0%B0%D0%BD%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%BA%D0%B0_%D0%BC%D0%BE%D0%B4%D1%83%D0%BB%D1%8F_mod_fcgid_%D0%B2_CentOS_Linux
застопорился на первом же пункте Показать

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
При попытке откатить версию httpd вижу предупреждение о зависимости с httpd-tools. При попытке откатить httpd-tools вижу снова сообщение что сначала нужно откатить httpd в общем замкнутый круг.
Подскажите как решить проблему с mod_fcgid или как можно откатить версию httpd (т.к. до его обновления все работало).
п.п.с. откатываю пакеты командой yum downgrade packagename
