доброго времени суток!
у меня такая проблема: в Ноутбуке ACER AO532H-2Dr Intel Atom N450 10.1"WXGA, 1Gb, 250Gb,WiFi, BT, Camera, W7S , Red есть встроенный карт ридер и я уже кучу версий Ubuntu перепробовал ни в одной он неопределяется что делать незнаю (((((

Вставляешь карту в карт-ридер, дальше в консоли:

# fdisk -l

тут ты наверняка увидишь карту. Легко определишь по размеру
[console]
# mkdir /mnt/SSD
[/console]
Создайм каталог в который смотируем карточку.
[console]
# mount -t vfat /dev/sd?? /mnt/SSD -o iocharset=utf8,codepage=866,rw
[/console]
Монтирует карту для записи в читабельной кодировке.
Дальше в консоли же можно проверить, будет ли выведен список файлов, если на карте что-то есть, конечно

ls /mnt/SSD
[/console]
Если же карта новая и пустая, то смотрим инфу о свободном месте и месте монтирования:

df -h
[/console]
Всё это можно делать и в графике, но в как в Ubuntu это делать по памяти я не скажу.
Так же о том как сделать так, чтобы флешки и карточки монтировались автоматически, помогут убунтоводы. :)

Возьми вставь флешку и выложы вывод из /var/log/dmesg но полностю что появитса после подлючения флеш карты, это должно быть продолжением вот этого что ты раньше выложыл
