все что в 6 описано сделал,а он не изменился Xorg

а вы с правами рута Xorg -configure запускали?

Если не знаете, что это, то попробуйте

sudo Xorg -confiigure

Как бы надо это делать при потушеных иксах и на tty1, например...

sudo /etc/init.d/gdm stop

перед этим надо с tty1 (alt+ctrl+f1).

Проблема решена или хотите изображение ещё подстроить?

Можно дефолтное рарешение экрана и т.д. Впрочем это лирика.
