Kubuntu 10.10 установка планшета Wacom Bamboo Pen&Touch CTH-460

через lsusb - консолька его видит показывает - Bus 008 Device 002: ID 056a:00d6 Wacom Co., Ltd
Планшет не работает вообще никак, хотя говорят, что он даже без драйверов как мышь работает
Драйверов перекачал видимо-невидимо (причем если посмотреть в менеджере пакетов, то они все установлены и все нормально), ставил сначала по HOWTO на линукс ваком, обломался, перерыл http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=765915, сделал все как там, снова ничего, да и вообще гугл... в общем ничего не выходит

Еще при dmesg | tail
не показывает wacom планшет вообще, а только new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 2
Я так понимаю, что таблетка вообще не работает?

В Gimp'e не видит даж его. Вручную поменял xorg.conf

Так же пробовал вместо event0 писать event* и др. цифры ничего((
Из установленных пакетов есть wacom-dkms, xserver-xorg-input-wacom, но планшет не реагирует (планшет рабочий проверял). Заранее благодарен.
