тут то оно как получается.

все модули конкретно подписаны типо PHP Curl module
А это тупо вписан Pear Not Found
я даже проверил путь верно прописан.

тот конфиг, что правите (/etc/php5/cli/php.ini), и тот, что использует вызванный из apache php -- суть разные файлы, другого объяснения не вижу.
еще не приступил к манипуляциям , и решил проверить php info
а там тоже самое.

работает, такое впечатление что действительно это какой то другое ФрУкТ
ну или проблема в Apache2-mpm-itk он не может работать от бесправного юсера.
выбрал этот апач потому что его прицеп работы мне показался более логичным. Хотя толком не задавался целью определить что луче.

Хотя непонятно если все говорит о том что работает. Кроме скрипта.
