Тут текст сообщения, явный спам.
Появляется логичное предположение: кто-то активно спамит с клиентского сервера. Сменил пароль к ящику - не помогло. Отключил службы POP3 и SMTP - не помогло. Напрашивается вывод о том, что кто-то спамит через sendmail, поэтому ни smtp, ни пароли им не нужны, а файл, отправляющий почту, уже находится на сервере.
А как вообще узнать, какой скрипт отправляет почту через sendmail? Должна же быть такая информация в каких-то логах.
