Здравствуйте.
После установки Debian 10 и попытке обновить пакеты выскакивает много ошибок

Написано, в чём дело. Проверьте даже в браузере наличие файла, чтобы знать, откуда поиск проблемы начинать.

Спасибо, что ответили.
Почему зеркало указывает на локальный IP я не знаю. Как можно это исправить?
На сайт http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ захожу без ошибок, но файла нету.

Это крайне странная ошибка, учитывая то, что соединение проходит не по HTTPS, а репозитории Debian не имеют переадресацию на HTTPS.

К слову, провайдер – не Мегафон?

Изменил пути в репозитариях.

E: Некоторые индексные файлы скачать не удалось. Они были проигнорированы, или вместо них были использованы старые версии.

Это локальный сервер, я так понимаю, он хочет получить ключ сертификата, но там его и в помине нету и почему Debian 10 пытается к нему конектиться?

Дело явно не в Debian, а в том, как устроена сеть.

Где-то в локальной сети спрятался MITM, то и так было понятно, но теперь есть и более конкретная ссылка (подменяющая http://security.debian.org/debian-security/dists/bullseye-security/dists/buster/updates/contrib/source/Sources).
