Я скачал с этого сайта http://www.skype.com/intl/ru/get-skype/on-your-computer/linux/ если я правильно понимаю исходники скайп но установить не могу единственная разница здесь для debian 7 а у меня 6.0

У скайпа нет исходников - это лютая проприетарщина, а есть статическая либо динамическая сборка. Это архив с бинарниками, который еще надо опакетить, и установить получившийся пакет.

Как-то так. Кроме того, существует репозиторий non-free, в который и попадает все, у чего нет исходного кода в свободном доступе.

Что-то вы этого не написали, а на вопрос : "как пришить пуговицу" стали отвечать "как изготавливать иголки".

Мне фиолетово, как ТС отредактирует конфиг. cat, echo, sed, awk или каким-либо редактором.

Тем более, что ваш способ сложнее, ибо требует знания обработки файлов без их открытия редактором.
Если нужно покрасоваться перед новичком, не знающем банальных азов- да, самое то, рекомендую sed и/или awk.

Мдяя, не работают репы скайповские.Интернет точно работает?

Почему-то еще недавно работающие репозитории выдают 404.
Закоментируйте их решеткой.

Как вариант, можете установить скайп от Ленни. Вот здесь
[РЕШЕНО] skype amd64
olezhkaua выложил на него ссыль.

Скачайте этот пакет и накатите его от рута в директории, где лежит этот пакет.
dpkg -i ./skype-install_amd64.deb
(проверьте правильно так ли называется пакет вами скачанный)

Стойте, не качайте пока руками пакет.
Я у себя проверил,- репы скайпа работают. Их будем добивать.

UPD: извиняюсь, для сквиза действительно убрали скайп оттуда.
На данный момент,- по карйней мере.

Можете пока для Ленни пакет накатить. Тут уж вам выбирать.
