synaptic не запускается

пытаюсь запустить synaptic. Появляется окно на заднем фоне и выскакивает сообщение об ошибки.

E: The package adobe-flashplugin needs to be reinstalled, but I can't find an archive for it.
E: Internal error opening cache (1). Please report.
W: Ignoring file 'opera.list.save' in directory '/etc/apt/sources.list.d/' as it has an invalid filename extension

Жму ОК - всё закрывается, т.е. и сообщение и сам synaptic. что делать?

apt-get выдает тот же бред:

и кроме того в списках установленных программ пакета adobe-flashplugin вообще не значится.

Переместить или удалить opera.list opera.list.save, предварительно покажите что там.

Походу теперь с оперой всё норм, впрочем походу и не в ней была основная проблема. Сейчас выдает сообщение

Заставить замолчать об opera:

от рута sh -c "echo 'Dir::Ignore-Files-Silently:: \"(.save|.distupgrade)$\";' > /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/99ignoresave"

насчет adobe-flashplugin:
запустить Synaptic-Настройки-Фильтры-С ошибками-Удалить-Ок

Всё, похоже, решил вопрос. Установил в ручную пакет install_flash_player_10_linux.deb с помощью dpkg. Synaptic открылся без ошибок. Спасибо за поддержку.

проблема с оперой исчерпана добавлением репы и удалением файла
а вот такими костылями не оч хорошо
потом фиг вспомнишь что в настроечные файлы добавлялись записи

автору надо флеш плеер переустановить
в sources.list добавить ветку репы
non-free

обновить репы
и сделать
[console]aptitude install flashplugin-nonfree[/console]

Вы советуете поступать так человеку задавшему вопрос "synaptic не запускается" - ну и спрашивается кому нужен этот ваш выпендрёж?

$ apitude update && aptitude safe-upgrade && aptitude install flashplugin-nonfree

можно с ключом -f (force)
ошибки при выполнении сюда

ладно, уже запустилось. I'm happy.
