Собрал новое ядро из исходников по этому мануалу - http://www.debian.org/releases/stable/i386/ch08s06.h...
Система запускается, кернел паника нет, граб подхватывает ядро. Однако, когда я запускаю иксы - клавиатура и мышь перестают реагировать(NV 8400 PCI-E дрова с офф сайта нвидии пересобрал на новоя ядре). При этом, компьютер работает, ибо ACPI реагирует на мои действия(нажимаю кнопку выключения на системнике - компьютер "безопасно вырубается").
