Debian squeeze, xen, xorg - не пашет.

здравствуйте.
Есть машинка, стоит xen на Debian squeeze. Работала как сервер, но освободилась м решил я в X ее погонять - но обломался.
Полностью думаю не стоит приводить Xorg.0.log, там все равно мало чего полезного, только объем.
Только факты:
CPU: Athlon 2400, Video:GeForce4 MX440
Ядро: vmlinuz-2.6.32-5-xen-686
xen 4.0
Если пускаю ядро без XEN гипервизора, нормально гружусь в X если пускаю как dom0 под xen X не грузится, а log заканчивается типа:

Гуглил веб, встречаются подобные ошибки, но грешат на неработу nv в xen из-за glx, как это побороть так и не нашел.
xorg.conf у меня был нулевой... сделал типа:

Disable<--->"dri"

но это не помогло.
Кто-либо сталкивался и решал эту задачу? А то ругается на клавиатуру а в вебе ссылки по этой ошибке на проблемы nvidia.

Попробуйте выполнить стандартную процедуру (от рута):

X -retro -config ~/xorg.conf.new
cp ~/xorg.conf.new /etc/X11/xorg.conf[/console]

В общем те-же яйца, вид сбоку.
Урезал xorg.conf до минимума:

Не грузится ни в чистом 2.6.32-5-xen-686 ни под XEN
Поменял драйвер с nv на nouveau в чистом ядре грузится, из под XEN нет.
Что еще ковырять не представляю :(
